(50 words): I do believe I am qualified enough to be apart of the staff team because I've been staff before on many different servers and I'm a kind person who will deal with peoples issues with utmost integrity and make sure that I help everyone to the best of my capability and ensure that everyone enjoys their time on the server. 8. (50 words): I believe im above average due to the fact that I will make it my mission statement to ensure everyone has the best of time while on the server and enjoys them selves for as long as they are on our server and make sure they enjoyed themselves so well they come back to RP again and possibly make it their main RP server and tell friends about us. 9. I really appreciated how the staff treats the players and how they will come and meet with them to discuss their issues that they're having so it made me think well this is something I would do so why not apply for the staff team to boost server reputation of outstanding staff  15.Name a few of your strengths and weaknesses. I'm very patient and I'm willing to hear all sides of everyone's story to help get to the bottom of an issue.
